FAQ's about JUTE BAGS
Q1. Can OOE manufacture bags as per my
ideas??
A1. Yes.. We can produce bags as per your ideas and
as per your requirements of shape, size, fabric, lamination, colors, handles,
prints, embroidery and more..
Q2: I am completely new to jute.. I
know nothing about quality.. Can you explain.
A2. Sure.. There are 6 basic types of jute we use..
On our website.. the fabric on top of the list is the cheapest.. and the fabric
on the bottom of the list is the finest (expensive). There are images on
the side.. you can see and observe the difference in quality.
Q3.: What is
Lamination??
A3. Lamination increases life of the jute
bag.. it makes it water proof (on the inside) and the bags lasts very
long.. and it can be recycled where facilities exists.
Q4. Are there different qualities of
Lamination??
A4. Yes.. We offer 2 basic types of
quality.. PP way of Lamination & LDPE way of Lamination.. the lamination
type on top of the list is the cheapest.. and the lamination type on
the bottom of the list is the finest and the bag with the finest
lamination would last the longest. We always recommend LDPE way of Lamination.
Q5. What is Dye?? Why do we need to
dye the fabric??
A5. If we want to have another shade of
jute.. we need to have it dyed.. any shade other than Natural.. is Dyed.
Jute can be dyed as per Pantone Uncoated color references.. We offer two
qualities of Jute Dye.. 1. Normal Jute Dye (is less expensive) & 2. AZO free
jute dye (marginally expensive). Shades like White, Black, Red and so on
are all Dyed Jute.
Q6. Will the quality of the bulk be the
same as the samples??
A6. Indeed the price we charge/ the price you
pay is for the same quality as the samples.. but we do have the right to
used improved quality of materials which are superior in quality.. (but we will
let you know)
Q7. What about sampling
policy??
A7. Reference non printed samples upto 10
pieces would be free.. provided the same goes under your courier
account. In case of printed
samples.. screen making charges would be extra.. depending upon difficulty
and coverage area.. (maximum USD 20.00 per screen towards the upper
side).
Q8. Can OOE customize any of the bags they
have on their website??
A8. Yes. All aspects can be custom
made.
Q9. What about Min Order
Quantities??
A9. For easy manufacturing and to keep prices low..
we require a MOQ of 500 pieces per reference.
Q10. What if.. I require lesser than your
required MOQ?? Say 100 or 200 or 250 pieces??
A10. Yes, it can be done if you require
bags in the basic shades(Natural/ White/ Black/ Red).. there might be
slight rise is cost per piece.
Q11. What if.. I hold a trade mark/ have a
brand and I require the right color matching of
jute??
A11. Yes. We can match the shades to the
closest possible as per your Pantone Uncoated color
requirements.
Q12. Do you print on the
bags??
A12. Yes. We specialize in printed jute
bags.. we can have your 1/2/3/4 color logo printed.. and have the
experience of printing upto 76 colors on a bag.
Q13. In which file format would you require
printing files??
A13. For easy screen making.. we would prefer to
receive print files in .psd format (Photoshop) OR .pdf format.. preferably
at 300 pixel resolution.
Q14. I only see simple bags on your site..
is that all you do??
A14. Although 80% of our work
is production of complicated bags with multi color prints and 100% ink
coverage.. but as per our company policy.. we do not display designs
provided by our customers, nor we produce the same for anyone else. YOUR DESIGNS
WILL REMAIN AS YOUR PROPERTY ONLY at OOE.
Q15. How are the working conditions at
OOE??
A15. We work is a humidity and dust controlled
environment.. our bags remains fresh as new even if the packed carton is
opened after 18 months from packing date.
Q16. What
about Production time??
A16. For a quantity of 500 basic bags with 1 color
print in Natural Jute or in any basic shades of jute.. goods can be
ready for shipment in 2 or maximum 3 weeks. In case you require any
special shade of jute.. It would take 10 days more. For bags with multi color
prints.. it can take more depending on the difficulty of the design.
Q17. What is the normal packing for bags??
What if, I want a different way of packing and I require bar coding?? Can you
pack the bags as per my requirements.
A17. Our Normal way of packing is usually 50
pieces in a polybag - in a carton. If you want, we can pack each bag in an
individual polybag (at a marginally extra cost). Yes. All bags can be bar-coded
as per your specifications.
Q18. Your prices are all Ex-Works Kolkata..
Can you provide us FOB or C&F Prices??
A18. Yes. Depending on the total quantity you
require.. we can provide you cost of forwarding and freight after taking a quote
from our shipping and forwarding company. Freight and forwarding costs
would be extra.
Q19. What about Shipping time?? By when can
the goods reach us??
A19. Shipping time varies from place to place.. we
would inform you after discussing with the shipping and forwarding company.
Q20. I do not want Children to
produce my bags. I will not buy products made by
Children.
A20. The bags are all produced by
adults only. OOE does not work or hire Children.. Thus.. NO CHILD
LABOR and NO FORCED LABOR.. please click on "Ethical Manufacturing
Policy" page for more information.
Q21. Can you have goods delivered to
my doorstep??
A21. Yes we can have that arranged and the
forwarding company can get that done.
Q22. I want to have my goods
inspected..
A22. Surely, you can have your ordered goods
inspected.. we have our dedicated team to inspect the goods.. but you can have
the same inspected by any third party at your cost.
Q23. Can you provide Certificate of Origin
to help us save import tax??
A23. Yes.. we can provide GSP Form-A (Certificate
of Origin) to help you save import tax.
Q24. What about
payments??
A24. For bulk quantities we accept
payment in advance via TT direct to our company bank account only..
Unfortunately we do not work on payments via Western Union and PayPal for
bulk.
