FAQ's about LEATHER WALLETS & PURSE

Q1. Can OOE manufacture Genuine leather wallets and purses as per my ideas or design requirements?? 

A1. Yes.. We can produce genuine leather wallets, purses, waiters purse and other accessories as per your ideas and as per your requirements of shape, size, leather, colors, emboss, embroidery and more..

 

Q2: I am completely new to Leather.. I know nothing about quality.. Can you explain.

A2. Sure.. There are many types of leather that we use.. Cow leather is the best option for Leather Wallets and purses.. On our website.. the Leather on top of the list is the cheapest.. and the Leather on the bottom of the list is the finest (expensive). There are images on the side.. you can see and observe the difference in quality.

 

Q3.: What is ment by Product Quality in your website??

A3. We offer 3 types of product quality.. Cheap, Medium & Best.. That means.. the overall quality of inner materials and workmanship can be produced as per your requirements. It is explained as below.   

 

Cheap : Leather Product made using Cheaper quality of inner materials + workmanship. The quality of inner materials like fabric, fittings and workmanship will be of Cheaper Quality.

Medium : Leather Product made using Medium quality of inner materials + workmanship. The quality of inner materials like fabric, fittings and workmanship will be of Medium Quality.

Best : Leather Product made using the Best quality of inner materials + workmanship. The quality of inner materials like fabric, fittings and workmanship will be of Fine Quality.

 

Q4. Is your Leather AZO and PCP Free?? 

A4. Yes. It is AZO and PCP free.. and if you have other specifications.. we can produce leather that meets your specifications.  

 

Q5. Will the quality of the bulk be the same as the samples??

A5. Indeed the price we charge/ the price you pay is for the same quality as the samples.. but we do have the right to used improved quality of leather and materials which are superior in quality.. (but we will let you know)

 

Q6. What about sampling policy??

A6. All non embossed reference samples are chargeable.. the cost of samples would be 2x (or two times) the cost of the product + the cost of freight (freight charge is not required if the same goes under your courier account) In case you place an order for bulk.. the extra charge would get deducted from your invoice. Thus the reference sample would end up at the same cost as bulk.

 

Q7. Can OOE customize any of the designs they have on their website?? Or can the same design be embossed with my logo.

A7. Yes. All aspects can be custom made. Yes. it can be embossed with your logo. Logo making charge would be extra (Begins from USD 20.00 and can go up.. depending on the size and difficulty). The embossing dice would remain to be your property and would be sent to you by courier upon your request.

 

Q8. What about Min Order Quantities??

A8. For easy manufacturing and to keep prices low.. we require a MOQ of 500 pieces in Total per way of leather.. That means if you choose Cow DDDM leather in Color Black.. you can have 50 pieces in 10 different designs (of wallets or purses) OR you can have 500 pieces in one design only.. but will have to stick only to Cow DDDM leather in Color Black. In case of any other leather and color..   

 

Q9. What if.. I require lesser than your required MOQ?? Say 50 or 100 or 200 or 250 pieces??

A9. Yes, it can be done from the leather we have in our stock. basic shades of Black and brown Cow Leather.. plus if you are lucky.. we can offer you more.. say shades of red, pink green and more.

 

Q10. What if.. I want to get a special leather and color developed??

A10. Yes. We can match the shades to the closest possible as per your Pantone Uncoated color requirements. 

 

Q11. Do you Emboss on the wallets/ purses??

A11. Yes. All leather products can be embossed as per your requirements. Embossing charge would be extra depending on size and difficulty. Embossing cannot be free.. as you would surely not accept a the product if the embossing is not accurate.. Thus.. it has a very nominal charge.

 

Q12. In which file format would you require embossing files??

A12. For easy dice making.. we would prefer to receive files in .pdf format..  

 

Q13. How are the working conditions at OOE??

A13. We work is a humidity and dust controlled environment.. our leather  remains fresh as new even if the packed carton is opened after 18 months from packing date.

 

Q14. What about Production time??

A14. For a quantity of 500 pieces leather wallets in any basic leather color (black or brown).. goods can be ready for shipment in 6 or maximum 7 weeks. In case you require any special shade of leather.. It would take 10 to 14 days more. A few special designs can take more depending on the difficulty and your quality requirements.

 

Q15. What is the normal packing?? What if, I want a different way of packing and I require bar coding?? Can you pack as per my requirements.

A15. Our Normal way of packing is : Each piece in a resealable polybag, 10 piece in an inner box, 10 inner boxes per master carton (Or 100 pieces per carton) If you want, we can pack each piece in a box (at an extra cost). Yes. All pieces can be bar-coded as per your specifications.

 

Q16. Your prices are all Ex-Works Kolkata.. Can you provide us FOB or C&F Prices??

A16. Yes. Depending on the total quantity you require.. we can provide you cost of forwarding and freight after taking a quote from our shipping and forwarding company. Freight and forwarding costs would be extra.

 

Q17. What about Shipping time?? By when can the goods reach us??

A17. Shipping time varies from place to place.. we would inform you after discussing with the shipping and forwarding company.

 

Q18. I do not want Children to produce my Wallets. I will not buy products made by Children.

A18. All products are produced by adults only. OOE does not work or hire Children.. Thus.. NO CHILD LABOR and NO FORCED LABOR.. please click on "Ethical Manufacturing Policy" page for more information.  

 

Q19. Can you have goods delivered to my doorstep??

A19. Yes we can have that arranged and the forwarding company can get that done.

 

Q20. I want to have my goods inspected..

A20. Surely, you can have your ordered goods inspected.. we have our dedicated team to inspect the goods.. but you can have the same inspected by any third party at your cost.

 

Q21. Can you provide Certificate of Origin to help us save import tax??

A21. Yes.. we can provide GSP Form-A (Certificate of Origin) to help you save import tax.

 

Q22. What about payments??

A22. For bulk quantities we accept payment in advance via TT direct to our company bank account only.. Unfortunately we do not work on payments via Western Union and PayPal for bulk.
