A1	Yes.. We can produce bags as per your ideas and as per your requirements of shape, size, fabric, lamination, colors, handles, prints, embroidery, fittings and more..	Yes.. A2	We would first suggest you to register on our website.. As you enter the registered area you will see there are 6 basic types of jute we use.. On our website.. the fabric on top of the list is the cheapest.. and the fabric on the bottom of the list is the finest (expensive). There are images on the side.. you can see and observe the difference in quality.	There are many types of leather that we use.. Cow leather is the best option for Leather Wallets and purses.. We would first suggest you to register on our website.. Q3	What is Lamination?? And what are the different qualities of Lamination?? What is the difference??	What is meant by Product Quality in your website?? What is the difference between Cheap, Medium & Best Quality??
A3	Lamination increases life of the jute bag.. it makes it water proof (on the inside) and the bags lasts very long.. and it can be recycled where facilities exists.	We offer 3 types of product quality.. Cheap, Medium & Best.. That means.. the overall quality of inner materials and workmanship can also be produced as per your requirements. It is explained as below.
	We offer 2 basic types of quality.. PP way of Lamination & LDPE way of Lamination..We always recommend LDPE way of Lamination.	Cheap : Leather Product made using Cheaper quality of inner materials + workmanship. The quality of inner materials like fabric, fittings and workmanship will be of Cheaper Quality. Suitable only when you require a cheaper price.
	PP way of Lamination : (found on the top of the list) Cheaper is price, Not very long lasting. Higher the gram per meter.. The better your bag will be.	Medium : Leather Product made using Medium quality of inner materials + workmanship. The quality of inner materials like fabric, fittings and workmanship will be of Medium Quality. Therefore a slightly higher cost in comparation to cheaper quality products.
	LDPE way of Lamination : (found on the bottom of the list) Marginally expensive, Very Long Lasting (in comparation to PP way of Lamination). The higher the gram per meter.. The better your bag will be.	Best : Leather Product made using the Best quality of inner materials + workmanship. The quality of inner materials like fabric, fittings and workmanship will be of Fine Quality. Higher in price.. But uncompromised quality of materials and workmanship.
Q4	What is Dye?? Why do we need to dye the fabric?? Do you offer AZO Free Dye??	Is your Leather AZO and PCP Free?? Can you offer Nickel Free Fittings??
A4	If we want to have another shade of jute.. we need to have to get the natural jute dyed as per your color requirements.. any shade other than Natural.. is Dyed. Jute and can be dyed as per Pantone Uncoated color references.. We offer two qualities of Jute Dye.. 1. Normal Jute Dye (is less expensive) & 2. AZO free jute dye (marginally expensive). Shades like White, Black, Red and so on are all Dyed Jute.	Yes. It is AZO and PCP free.. and if you have other specifications.. we can produce leather that meets your specifications as well. We can also offer you Nickel Free locks and fittings if you require.
Q5	Can OOE customize any of the bags they have on their website?? Can the same design have a print with my logo/ artwork?	Can OOE customize any of the designs they have on their website?? Can the same design be embossed with my logo.
A5	Yes. All aspects of the bag can be custom made. As per your ideas. In case you require printed samples or bulk.. screen are required in order to print.. Cost of screen making would be extra.. Q6	What if I require multi color print work on the bags??	What if I require designs be embossed with my logo in multiple places??
A6	Yes. We specialize in printed jute bags.. we can have your 1/2/3/4 color logo printed.. most of our production is for multi color printed jute bags with 100% ink coverage.. with an average of 24 colors per bag.. we have the experience of printing upto 76 colors on a bag.	Yes. It can be embossed with your logo in single or multiple places.. We can do blind emboss or embossing with a silver or golden foil..
Q7	What about the cost of screen making in case I require bags printed as per my requirements	What about the cost of embossing dice making in case I require bags printed as per my requirements
A7	Screen making charges depends upon difficulty and coverage area.. (maximum USD 20.00 per screen towards the upper side). The screens would remain as your property.	Embossing Dice making costs begins from USD 20.00 and can go up.. depending on the size and difficulty. The embossing dice would remain to be your property and would be sent to you by courier upon your request.

Q9	Will there be an extra cost towards multi color printing??	Will there be an extra cost towards embossing??
A9	Multi color printing charges would remain to be extra.. Cost of printing depends on coverage area and upon the quality of ink. We would require a preview in order to give you a price quote towards printing costs.	Embossing charge would be marginally extra depending on size and difficulty. Embossing cannot be free.. as you would surely not accept a the product if the embossing is not accurate.. Thus.. it has a very nominal charge.

A10	Samples can be purchased from our site and its payment can be made via PayPal.. Courier charges would be extra.. there will be no charge towards courier provided your consignment goes under your courier account. A12	Your order can range from just 10 piece to 100000 pieces.. OOE has removed the concept of minimum order quantity.. In order to help individuals and new companies.. However, price will be in proportion to the quantity.. the higher the quantity.. the lesser will be its cost. There is no min order quantity for Jute Bags made from Natural, White, Black, Red, Pink, Orange, Blue and many other basic shades.. In case you require a completely new shade of jute bag we would require a min order quantity of atleast 500 pieces.. Your order can be in multiple designs.. but the total count of all designs should be +/- 500 pieces.	Your order can range from just 10 piece to 10000 pieces.. price will be in proportion to the quantity.. the higher the quantity.. the lesser will be its cost. OOE has removed the concept of minimum order quantity for leather wallets and purses made from Black, Brown and other widely used Shades of Leather.. and if you are lucky.. we can also offer you many other shades.. for example shades of red, pink green, orange and more. In case you require a completely new shade of leather we would require a min order quantity of atleast 500 pieces.. Your order can be in multiple designs.. but the total count of all designs should be +/- 500 pieces.

A13	Indeed the price we charge and the price you pay is for the same quality as the samples.. but we do have the right to used improved quality of materials which are superior in quality.. A14	Production time depends on quantity and design.. For a quantity of 10 to 200 bags without any print made from Natural Jute : Delivery time 5 to 7 days, In case you require a print : We would require 5 days more. For a quantity of 500 basic bags with 1 color print in Natural Jute or in any basic shades of jute.. goods can be ready for shipment in 2 or maximum 3 weeks. In case you require any special shade of jute.. It would take 10 days more. For bags with multi color prints.. it can take more depending on the difficulty of the design. For Lesser quantities.. We would require lesser time.	Production time depends on quantity and design.. All our products are made on orders.. For smaller quantities upto 50 pieces we require 2 weeks. For a quantity of 500 pieces leather wallets in any basic leather color (black or brown).. goods can be ready for shipment in 6 or maximum 7 weeks. In case you require any special shade of leather.. It would take 10 to 14 days more. A few special designs can take more depending on the difficulty and your quality requirements.
Q15	What is the normal packing for bags?? What if, I want a different way of packing and I require bar coding?? Can you pack the bags as per my requirements? A15	Our Normal way of packing is usually 50 pieces in a polybag - in a carton. If you want, we can pack each bag in an individual polybag (at a marginally extra cost). Yes. All bags can be bar-coded as per your specifications.	Our Normal way of packing is : Each piece in a re-sealable polybag, 10 piece in an inner box, 10 inner boxes per master carton (Or 100 pieces per carton) If you want, we can pack each piece in a box (at an extra cost). Yes. All pieces can be bar-coded as per your specifications.

Q17	Your prices are all Ex-Works Kolkata.. Which means Freight and Forwarding cost would be extra. Can you provide us FOB or C&F Prices??
A17	Yes. We can send you a separate quote towards freight and forwarding cost.. You can place a provisional order.. as we need information from you about the total quantity you require.. we can provide you cost of forwarding and freight after taking a quote from our shipping and forwarding company. We will provide you complete details of the cost of freight and forwarding. When you find all ok.. you can then proceed with your order.
Q18	Can you have goods delivered to my doorstep??
A18	Yes we can have that arranged and the forwarding company can get that done.
Q19	What about Shipping time?? By when can the goods reach us??
A19	Shipping time varies from place to place.. we would inform you after discussing with the shipping and forwarding company.
Q20	I want to have my goods inspected.. Before shipment.
A20	Surely, you can have your ordered goods inspected.. we have our dedicated team to inspect the goods.. but you can have the same inspected by any third party at your cost.
Q21	Can you provide Certificate of Origin to help us save import tax??
A21	Yes.. we can provide GSP Form-A (Certificate of Origin) to help you save import tax.
Q22	How are the working conditions at OOE??
A22	We work is a humidity and dust controlled environment.. our manufactured products remains fresh as new even if the packed carton is opened after 18 months from packing date.
Q23	I do not want Children to produce my goods. I will not buy products made by Children.
A23	All our products are produced by adults only. OOE does not work or hire Children.. Thus.. NO CHILD LABOUR and NO FORCED LABOUR.. please click on "Ethical Manufacturing Policy" page for more information.
Q24	What about payments??
A24	For bulk quantities we accept payment in advance via TT direct to our company bank account only.. For smaller quantities and payments under USD 300 we can accept via PayPal.
Q25	What do I do, In case I come across any quality related issues like the shade of dye does not match 100%
A25	We do try our very best to produce the shades as accurate as humanly possible, however please do consider, that colors cannot match 100% in case of the dye process, there will always remain a variation between 1 batch and the next, we try to match the closest shade as possible.
Q26	What do I do, In case I come across any fungus related issues in my leather goods OR in leather handles of Jute Bags?
A26	Although we take upmost care to dry the goods properly in our humidity and dust controlled factory. In the rare occasion of Fungus or Fungus related issues which might happen on goods produced during the Monsoon Season (Rainy Season - July to September) - Please contact OOE immediately, and send the problem quantities back to us. Upon receiving, our team would decide, if the problem can be solved. If it cannot be solved, we would replace the quantity you have sent and ship the same back to you at no extra cost.
Q27	What do I do, In case the printed colors dont not match 100%
A27	For Screen printed bags - Colors are matched 100% in Natural Light - with reference to the Pantone Book. At the time of printing. Over time, inks and printed colors can fade. Colors can look different if the same is cross checked in artificial light.
